How can I get a price online for decorating?
Our online prices for flat surface cleaning and sealing are only guides, as this is priced per square metre. Our painting and decorating service is priced per individual job and can only be quoted from an on site evaluation.
Do you provide paint and other materials?
We can provide wallpaper sample books and paint colour charts upon request. All materials are included within the total price quoted for flat surface cleaning.
How soon can you come out to give me a quotation?
We aim to have same day contact with our customers to arrange a convenient time for your quotation.
Does my room need to be empty before you start?
We prefer a room to be cleared before work commences in order to provide a better service and quality of work. We can offer a room clearance service for an extra cost (priced upon quotation). Extra large or heavy items can be left in the centre of the room.
How long will it take to decorate?
Each job is different and overall times can be affected by lighting conditions and/or weather. We will advise our customers on an estimated start and finish date/time upon booking.
How long will it take to clean my drive?
With our rotary cleaning technology, large areas can be cleaned quickly. An average drive of 50 square metres can be cleaned in approx. 2 hours, which includes; surface preparation, surface cleaning, edge cleaning, surface and surrounding areas (windows/doors) cleaned. Sanding can only be completed once the surface has fully dried. Cleaning times can vary due to weather conditions. We will advise on individual cleaning times upon quotation.
Do you use any detergents or cleaning products when jet cleaning?
No. Our cleaning system uses pure water pressure to clean dirt and grime from surfaces. This removes surface dirt/stains and moss/weed growth between the blocks. All surrounding areas (windows/doors) are cleaned using a mild detergent.
Do you need access to an outside water tap or power point?
No. We carry a 1,000 litre water tank which supplies water to our petrol powered pressure washer which requires no power point. If we are required to travel outside our working radius the use of a water supply would be necessary to re-fill our water tank. A standard water mains tap/outlet can not be used to feed our pressure washer directly.
Can you clean my drive and patio at the same time?
If we have arranged to clean both the front and back of your property, we will clean both surfaces the same day. If we are only scheduled to clean a drive and our customer decides they would like their patio cleaning as an extra service, we will accommodate the customer accordingly.
I have a large area to be cleaned is a discount available?
The larger the area to be cleaned the lower the price per square metre.

What form of payments do you accept?
We accept cash or cheque for payment. Payments must be received in full upon job completion.
